Description of procedure: The basic examination of client´s motoric abilities, incl. goniometry (motoric extension in disabled joints or spine) and muscle power by a physiotherapist according to a medical ordination of actual processing. It enables the evaluation of an actual motoric state, is the base document to a therapeutic project and serves to control the effectivity of therapy. It is necessary for all clients before entering on the individual therapeutic physical exercises.
Suitable for: for all clients whose indication includes individual medical therapeutic exercising

Kinesiologic control examination
Description of procedure: At the end of stay, after all finished lessons of individual physical exercises, to a control of possibly improved state, to a control of the therapy effect.
Suitable for: for all clients who visited the individual medical therapeutic exercising

Therapeutical physical group exercises in pool
Description of procedure: In the therapeutical pool, with water temperature 29 – 30 °C. The water medium lightens active movements and offers resistance to forceful movements. The exercise helps to improve the extension of moves and muscle power, reduce the motoric stereotypes.
Suitable for: post accidental and post operative states, for others according to a medical recommendation, mainly for arthrosis of caring joints
Effect: improving locomotive abilities, muscle power, improving the motoric extension in disabled joints or spine
Application time: 25 mins.

Description of procedure: led by therapist
Suitable for: all disorders of the locomotive apparatus
Effect: improving general conditions, motoric and muscle power extension, instructions for exercising at home

Therapeutic physical exercises in group
Description of procedure: The group of 6-12 clients with the common diagnosis. The exercises is led by a physiotherapist and with a help of modern techniques including exercising on big balls or with terabands.
Suitable for: chronic rheumatic diseases /rheumatoid arthritidis, Bechterev disease/, arthrosis of carrying joints and other disease of the locomotive apparatus
Effect: improving the general condition, motoric extension and musculous power, instruction for exercising at home
Application time: 20 mins.
